-------------------------¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª---We have the local knowledge to help your business in China.

The opportunities for the European and American companies in China are many and varied. China is a huge country, with a vast amount of difference between different provinces, in terms of culture, resources and official policy.

Any company in the UK and USA that has any international dimension to its business should be considering a strategy for China. Having done so, you may decide China is not for you, but you must think about it, because, with the increasing growth of the Chinese economy, China is going to affect most of the businesses in this country.

According to Merrill Lynch, a leading financial management and advisory company, by 2005, 175 million Chinese people could afford to buy luxury goods. By 2010, the number is projected to reach 250 million. This is the combined population of the UK, France, Germany and Spain. Merrill Lynch also estimates that by 2014 the Chinese could become the largest consumer of world luxury goods, accounting for a quarter of the industry's global revenues. There are 425,000 millionaires in the UK. China had 295,000 dollar millionaires in 2005, but this number is estimated to rise by 12% each year.

We deliver a seminar, workshop or speech called 'Business Opportunities for foreign companies in China' aimed at helping you to understand the market in China.

Currently we are consulting with a leading and the oldest Savile Row bespoke tailoring company, Davies & Son, which was established in 1803. We are working together on investing and opening stores in 5 major cities of China. The average price for a 2-piece suit is around 3000 pounds. When we were in China with the managing director of Davies & Son in October 2006, one of the Chinese customers ordered 10 suits for himself at once.
So we are witnessing in China the emergence of a substantial class of affluent consumers for global luxury brands.
