Mr Biao Wang is the Founder & CEO of Camellia Universal Limited (China Business & Investment Advisors). He is a British Chinese and UK MBA graduate in International Business Studies. He was educated and worked in the commercial world in China before coming to Britain. Mr Wang has a high standard of English and has studied western customs and culture. His extensive network of Chinese government and business connections, together with the amalgam of his Chinese background, British education and multinational work experience, leaves him well placed to bridge the business knowledge gap between the two cultures. Mr Wang is able to give its clients a unique inside view of what is happening in China found nowhere else. He is also a Keynote speaker, addressing a wide range of China-related business and culture topics. He has been given talks to the "Understanding China" programme of EU Roundtable Conference, The 2nd Round Table Talk on International Fashion Industry Cooperation, The Malta Chamber of Commerce Enterprise and Industry, UK government, Chinese government, some top 500 Fortune Companies in-house Training and so force.

Mr Wang has received recognition of his business contribution to projects in China. He also has been featured in The Times, The Independent, The Luton News, Ningbo Daily News, Discovery magazine, Southeast Business News, Ningbo Evening News, Zhejiang TV channel, Qianjiang Evening News, the AIA, Prospects and so on. Mr Wang is writing a book about the importance of learning and understanding the business culture between the West and China. He is also appointed as the director in the liaison office of the United Kingdom by the Chinese Museum Institute for Volunteering Council.
