Biao Wang, British Chinese, born in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, China, is Founder and CEO of Camellia Universal Ltd (China Business & Investment Advisors). He is also the director of the UK Liaison of Volunteers Committee of the Association of Chinese Museums. He graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with a UK MBA degree in International Business Studies.

His previous studies and work experience in China have given him a deep understanding of Chinese business culture. It has helped him to establish a stable business and a rich network of relationships. His level of English is excellent as a result of his advanced education in the UK, which gave him a solid foundation for his study of the customs and culture of Western commerce and trade. With the influence of British culture and many years of international experience, he has developed a unique insight across the business cultures of China and the West.

Mr Wang is sensitive enough to judge and tell, from a multi-angle view, China's all-round economic changes and future business trends. He can therefore provide effective and timely business information for Western companies who wish to enter the Chinese market. So far, many world famous companies (some in the 500 Fortune Companies list) and some small and medium enterprises, have been clients of Camellia Universal Ltd. Mr. Wang has become an important speaker, lecturing on China's business culture. His activities in Chinese culture and business events have created significant influence in the UK and Malta. He has been regularly interviewed and reported by the media.

Many misunderstandings, negative preconceptions and prejudices about China are often the result of the differences between Chinese and Western cultures. So Mr. Wang is often invited as a guest speaker to participate in associations, consultations, seminars, lectures and other business meetings. Through lectures and conferences about business opportunities and investments in China, he provides guidance and direction for Western companies to learn the importance of understanding Chinese business culture. Mr Wang pays frequent visits to Malta, assisting with several investment projects for Chinese investment companies there, the Maltese government, the Maltese Chamber of Commerce and other EU companies. He is also helping the Maltese and British governments to promote their investment opportunities and environmental conditions to the Chinese. In reverse, he is also helping Chinese investors to prepare successfully for entry into the United Kingdom and Malta.
